From an electrolyte standpoint, a Cadence Race 500 Sachet contains: 500mg of sodium to optimise hydration via improved fluid absorption, greater fluid retention and maintenance of electrolyte balance; 200mg of potassium to regulate cellular fluid balance, supporting cardiovascular health, nerve and muscle function; and 20mg of marine magnesium (aquamin) which should contribute to electrolyte balance, energy-yielding metabolism, nerve and muscle function.
