YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS TO BE A MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Site services - Internal and External, health and safety, maintenance. - Motivation of facilities, health and safety, maintenance team. - Implementation, monitoring and management of Health and Safety policy, maintenance and facilities manager procedures. - Advice on updates to legal requirements approved codes of practice and best practice standards for facilities managers, Health and Safety and Maintenance. - Liaise with local authorities re health and safety and maintenance. MAINTENANCE MANAGER - Management of building and facilities through a structured approach. - Carry out and assist in Site Health and Safety Audits. - Manage associated budget for site maintenance. - Liaise with site maintenance, health and safety, facilities contractors - Maintain contractor health and safety procedures.
